Description: Gorgeous and fast, this Mustang has been owned by me for 34 years! I restored it by stripping it to bare metal and starting from scratch. It is now a show stopping bright red (PPG base/clear buffed to a mirror gloss) with white standard interior, original block 289 4 bbl engine putting out roughly 300 hp, C-4 automatic transmission with console, AM radio (original), Styled steel wheels (optional), dual red line tires (optional), GT rear valance with correct trumpet tips, stainless exhaust system with H pipe and Shelby Tri-Y headers creates a nice exhaust tune without being obnoxious! All of the interior was repainted the correct off white color. All upholstery, door panels, and carpet replaced with correct materials and colors. I used polyurethane bushings in the suspension for performance. No air, power steering, or power brakes. This car runs out beautifully and turns heads everywhere it goes! This car cant be built to this level for the asking price and is a bargain in the muscle car world at this price! If you want a truly quality car that has been babyd by me since 1976 then this is it! Original GT gas cap currently on the car, I have 2 standard ones. Never seen rain in over 20 years! Perfect white interior, original front seat belts (optional in 1965!), even the underside of the hood gleams brlilliantly! The spare tire has never been on the ground, bought it in 1982, GT exhaust Valance and trumpets though not a GT. Headliner is perfect, and hipo badging (though not a K-code car it runs like one!).
