Description: 1967Ford Mustang Coupe _Â This lipstick red 1967 Mustang has no rust, a completely straight body, tons of power and lots of comfort and safety upgrades. It had a '347 ci _Â Stroker' motor installed by a race shop in 2002. A 'stroker' motor basically means a small-block V8 that is modified to get the power of a big-block V8 -- so you get big-block power without all the additional weight of a big block. The race shop bored out the cylinders, installed forged pistons with plasma moly rings, I-beam stroker rods, a stroker crankshaft (to give the pistons a longer stroke), harmonic balancer, GT-40 intake & exhaust valves with heavy-duty guides and hardened seats. Block and heads were painted factory blue before assembly. Same shop installed 650dp Holley carburetor, 3' headers, a high-volume oil pump, 3/8' fuel line, custom throttle linkage, rebuilt C-4 transmission with shift kit, 3,000-rpm stall converter, 3.55:1 Auburn Pro posi-traction rear end, custom 3-row (heavy-duty) radiator plus custom fan shroud. We have since installed new SSBC front disc brakes and strengthened the suspension with new leaf springs (including a helper spring on the right side, to keep the car evenly weighted at take-off), all new front suspension including upper and lower control arms, performance coil springs, idler arm, bushings, etc. We refurbished the interior down to the floor pans (again: no rust whatsoever) including new fully-adjustable ProCar bucket seats, new Grant Steering wheel, plus new insulation, headliner, steel rear seat separator, door and window handles, window trim._Â Also_Â in 2007-2008,_Â I replaced the passenger side tire rod, put in a high performance fuel pump and replaced the power steering pump and power steering ram hoses and had the trunk sprayed black and put down an orginal look cover and tire cover._Â I also had it tuned up and the idle adjusted._Â There are just little things here and there. Nothing major needs to be done._Â It has high performance tires and krager_Â polished rims. Orignal am radio._Â I bought the car last july and just have not had the time i thought i would have to do the things i wanted to do._Â I have to sell the car for a downpayment on a vacation house._Â I bought the car about 500 miles after most of the work had been done on it and have since only driven it about 5 times totaling 20 miles._Â It has stayed in my garage at all times._Â This car gets lots of looks and could be a dailey driver or a show car if you wanted to put a little bit of time into it._Â It has a lot of power._Â One of the emblems on the passenger side is loose so when you really hit the gas it vibrates pretty loud but stops if you just cruise._Â You can buy a hole new set of emblems for about $50._Â You are getting a strong car that does not need much at a good price._Â I paid 19,000 last year so i am losing money but i must sell.
